Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer different optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you accomplish your needs, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. If accuracy and precision are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
In order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible, numerous attachments have been designed and made such as winches, booms, and rotating fork carriages, to enable the forklift to position materials more accurately. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures in order to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New products and attachments are being designed and developed all the time and will debut in the future.
A lot of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for instance, load-reach management devices can restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used to be able to know the load weight. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the extension of the boom and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is an essential lock-up device or a warning system that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
